• Minimum rental duration: 2 Days

1. Account Setup

• Make sure you already have an account. Log in or register before making a booking.

2. Booking Process

• Browse and select the scooter that fits your needs.
• Read all rental requirements carefully.
• Fill in the booking form completely.

3. Payment Method

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer
• Payment Gateway (available on website)

4. Service & Facilities

• Scooters can be used around Bali Island.
• Helmet and raincoat included — must be returned upon pickup.
• Free delivery & pickup in: Badung, Denpasar, Tabanan, Gianyar.

5. Handover Process

• Our staff will photograph your ID / Passport / Driving License as a guarantee.

6. Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required during handover.
• Deposit will be deducted if there is a rental extension.
• Deposit will be returned if there is no damage upon pickup.

7. Important Notes

• Contact admin in advance for extensions or return location changes.
• Book ahead to avoid delivery delays.
